SnapSave Proprietary Freeware License
SnapSave is closed-source software that is provided free of charge. This license governs your use of SnapSave and is not an open-source license.
1. Grant of license
You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SnapSave, for personal or commercial purposes, at no cost.
2. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted above, you may not:
- copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of SnapSave;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble SnapSave, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code;
- redistribute, repackage, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make SnapSave available to any third party, whether for a fee or free of charge;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in SnapSave.
3. Ownership
SnapSave is licensed, not sold. Abdulaziz Alhuzami retains all right, title, and interest in and to SnapSave, including all intellectual property rights therein. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in this license.
4. No warranty
SnapSave is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of SnapSave.
